I hope I have done no harm
There is an old saying first do no harm and second don’t be evil. Well I really try not to be evil and also try not doing any harm. I talked about my extenuating circstances in section #5 and that if I focused on it I would be wasting my time that I realize that there are things that I know will not happen for me so I do not focus on it that if I did not have an intact family that loved and cared about me that would be different. Dennis Prager has said that there was no question wheather he was going to get married or have children because that was a sign of maturity that makes a lot of sense but at the same time I do not think everyone should get married or have children I think some people get married and have children because they do not know what else to do which is terrible because I think getting married and having children should only be something that people look forward. I was thinking about this after watching Private Sessions: hosted: by Lynn Hoffman on youtube I wish I had discovered this earlier when it was on A and E while I am at it I wish I had VH1 Classic earlier. But I discovered more of Avril Lavigne watching her on Private Sessions on youtube I loved her song losing grip for one simple reason this song has a hard rock vibe to it. I also loved her song hot from her album Best Damn Thing which Lynn called The Best Damn Thing which I love as well. I have already discussed her song rock’n roll and why the song is appealing to me because it encompasses the aspects of rock’n roll. Avril is not the first musican I think of when I think about rock’n roll which is probably why it is so interring to me. Two songs I am going to mention bad girl featuring: Marilyn Mansion and Avril there is something appealing about this song I am just not sure what it is. The second song is give you what you like I love this song for one simple reason the emotion. Both of these songs are featured on Avril’s self-titled album.

Classic Rock
The main thing about classic rock I need to acknowledge it is really great. It is great for younger fans who are first discovering it and those who are transported back to the time when they first heard it. Or they hear these songs and it gives them a nostalgic feeling and it gives them comfort. Or it takes them back to a better time in their lives. There is a reason this music has such longevity I have to take a step back from it because I am so close to this music. But most people are not close to this music they want to hear a certain musican or song when they get in their car. The thing I realized about most fans they do not want to go any futher then what they grew up listening in other words they are going to die with it. That seems odd to me because I am such a rock fan but I know that most fans do not want to go any futher then what they grew up listening. But when I think about someone such as: Eddie Trunk when he was first getting into radio his band was Kiss which is fine by the way but if he had not expanded futher then that he would not be the radio host he is. Which is letting fans know about his love for hard rock and heavy metal his expansion of knowledge is what has made him who he is. Which has also made fans expanded their awareness of more hard rock and heavy metal. That is what I try to do with this blog let readers know about subjects that I love. But whatever anyone wants to do that is fine with me this is not a contest. A lot of time it takes a death of a loved one for people to realize how much they mean to others. I guess that is just human nature but I am hoping that I can take it all in so to speak but it is diffcult because life goes extremely fast but I think it is great to have a goal and that is a goal I have to be more present and to not have regrets but I know I will but I am hoping to not over think it but take it in when things happen.

It is good for everybody involved?
My favorite Rolling Stones song has to be and this maybe a little generic but it is gimmie shelter I never realized how much I love this song until I heard Meat Loaf perform it. I did not realize the melody was done with a guitar it seems so obvious after seeing the guitar and hearing the riff. I did not get what I was expecting watching: Impact on Twitch tonight Kenny Omega with the Inviable Hand Don Callis after winning The AEW Championship and why what happened on Wednesday occurred on Dynamite but Don Callis is a likeable jerk he is truly a jerk. So the Inviable Hand talked about how he did not leave his international business job to host a prodcast or to be a color commenter his plan started 27 years ago when The Inviable Hand was trained by Kenny’s uncle: The Golden Sheik in Canada so it started in Japan when Chris Jericho faced Kenny Omega. I have to admit I have not seen a lot of Kenny Omega’s matches or I am not really familiar with anything to do with Kenny Omega but it seems as if it will continue tomorrow night on AEW Dynamite I think this will be great for everybody involved. To quote: Raven welcome to terriordome quote: The Raven nevermore!
Still Dream
I was thinking about the ideas of dreams I think the act of dreaming is a postive thing because hopefully you are thinking of better days. Even if all those dreams do not come true it is still important to never dreaming. There will be people especially in my case why didn’t I do it when I was younger? It probably would have been better if one goes after their dreams when they are younger but what do they want you to lie down die? I can’t do that and no else can either until God takes them. When I talk about this I do not mean it in a cliché sense I mean it not in not becoming complacent way because that is defiantly easy to do. I am jealous of those who know exactly what their dreams are and how to go after them but I doubt that most do. Just keep on dreaming hope for better days and a much better life. How do you get there is not the fun part how many times have I heard have fun out there and I say that goes after whatever it is one wants out of life is not fun but hopefully it is well worth it.
What is wrong with buying into the fantasy? That is the place I want to be!
Here is the great thing about professional wrestling and hard rock is the fantasy that is the fun out of it. I think much of the fun of professional wrestling is gone because I think some fans have forgotten that the fantasy of it that is what makes it fun. No fan of heavier music over thinks who these musicans and bands are Ozzy Osbourne is a perfect example of that not now but in Ozzy’s heyday his fans just enjoyed the mystery and fun. The Red Rocker Sammy Hagar is another one but here is the thing about Sammy he is a genuinely cool dude which I respect. My whole thing is when a musican puts whatever on they are who they are during that time. I do not understand why having that mystery is a bad thing I think it is wonderful. The thing about professional wrestling and heavier music it is supposed to be a little taboo. Think about the WWE during the Attiude era parents would wonder should I let me my kids watch it? Then critics look at it as a soap opera for males a lot of fans look fondly on the attiude era and they wish the product could be more like that now. I do not think the attiude era was that good because it gave fans so much constanly to where it immune fans to what used to draw heat. But there was also some great things about ECW and the attiude era is that fans bought into everything especially ECW fans because they were so called smart marks but yet they allowed themselves to be immersed into the product that is truly a beatuful thing and that is the place I want to be. The same thing with rock’n roll I want to be fully immersed into the music I want to buy into the theatrical role for a little while. Wheather that is a guitar riff or a persona that the musicans and bands are trying to project on stage I want to buy into it.

I do not understand the purse of fame
I do not understand the purse of fame or wanting to be famous I guess with social media and the like everybody wants to be a so-called star. I do not get it I think becoming famous should only be an accident but that is just me. I have to admit that with Kenny Omega becoming The AEW Champion I really do not follow AEW for no particular reason but what intrigued me about what happened this past Wednesday on AEW Dynamite I saw Don Callis on commentary that was one I reason I wanted to check it on Youtube. So I have never really followed Jon Moxley so when it looked like Kenny Omega was hurt on the outside after he landed on the hot speakers and The Invisible Hand got up from commentary and stood up on the ring apron to tell the referee he was hurt and possible could not continue. The AEW doctor came and checked on Kenny but when Don had a microphone it landed in Kenny Omega’s hand and he hit Moxley with it and busted him open and then Kenny hit his finisher on Moxley and Kenny becomes the brand new AEW champion. Kenny and The Inviable Hand ran out of the building and when the interviewer: asked Don what is going? He said Kenny and I will tell you all about it this Tuesday interview said but Dynamite is on Wednesday. Then Don said this Tuesday night Impact Wrestling on AXSTV me and Kenny we'll tell you all about it as: they get into a limousine and left. If AEW and Impact work together I think that is a great thing because I do not want to see a repeat of AWA’s Superclash 3 pay-per-view where all of these territories tried to join forces to try and compete with the WWE. I do not think AEW or Impact will compete with the WWE but I think both companies provide opportunities for talent to get noticed and get over. That is not the only reason because there are other factors that people in the industry are trying to accomplish. In my opinion the WWE system is not best place for everyone to prosper and just because it is not the best place for everyone to be successful that does not mean that they do not have the talent. I hear WWE die hearts say that and I think it is a misnomer. But hopefully it can benefit both companies and will be better for the industry. I always look forward to Impact on AXSTV and Twitch every Tuesday I want to see what will happen next? I was thinking about this there are really not a lot of outlets for fans of heavier music because when I was growing up MTV had The Headbanger’s Ball hosted: by Riki Ratchtman then there was Alternative Nation also on MTV hosted: by Kennedy. But now there are really no outlets for this music Youtube is not really an outlet because fans have to know where to find new music. Eddie Trunk’s radio shows have been a great outlet for fans to know about new hard rock and metal musicans and bands but I wish fans still had an outlet such as: Headbanger’s ball.

Make it when you are young
So go to the place where they are making the thing that you like. That is advice from Conan O’Brien. I love that advice I am not going to lie but my question is how do you get there? When you get to be a certain age most people will tell you to give up because most who made it usually did it when they were young. I will admit that I do not feel like I use to but I do not understand that at all. Beau Hill was the recorder producer: for bands such as: Ratt Winger and Fiona Flangan. But I would think Beau is probably best known for his collaborations with Ratt and that makes perfect sense because he was able to mix their albums in a clear crisp way. I think and hope that whole blacklash that went against Winger is gone thanks to the internet. I would say mostly the internet is bad but it is great for young people like me who do not remember the blacklash that happened when the Grunge era hit. I would say the band Winger was probably better then most of the other musican and bands of the era. Fiona Flangan just had this raspy wonderful epic voice. But unfortunaly I think Fiona is not as well known as I think she should be. Fiona did this movie in 1987 with Bob Dylan called Hearts of Fire and what Fiona said in an interview that when you think about in the 80s Bob Dylan really was not Bob Dylan at the time. I’ll take her word for it. A year earlier Fiona was in an episode: of Mimi Vice in titled: Little MS. Dangerous. Fiona explained it in that same interview this way in the 1980s producers were looking for musicans to be on TV shows. I guess that is why there were musicans such as: Laura Brangian on an espiode: of Chips and Glenn Fry was also on an espiode of Mimi Vice. Also Ted Nugent was also featured on an espiode: of Mimi Vice it might have been called Little MS. Dangerous because Uncle Ted performed the song Little MS. Dangerous so I am not sure about that. But Fiona did a great job as Jackie the cute little psycho. My favorite Winger album has to be Winger 3 In the Heart of The Young.

I hope I did not make this about me.
There is so much truth to the saying that misery loves company just looking at the headlines that make the news they are all negative and anyone who says that does not rub off on others they are either lying or naïve or they know that negative headlines are what get clicks I do not know what to do with negative headlines or those who are always down on something. Those times will come in life the worst thing is to add to it. Avril Lavigne’s album The Best Damn Thing the song I first discovered was hot I really discovered a lot more of Avril’s album from watching Private Sessions hosted by Lynn Hoffman. I really wish I discovered stuff before these shows end but that is alright. I love Lynn has a host I find her to be extremely positive and she is extremely attractive. Which is not important I know but I would be lying if I did not say that helped. What I like about rock fans such as: Eddie Trunk he is authentic about his opinions and recommendations to his listeners. I may not agree on everything he likes or dislikes but his opinions are truly valued. The band Rush is a perfect example of a band that I respect but I really do not care. I really do not like Steel Panther I find them to be just like Eddie that they are a parody of the 1980s hard rock era but that does not make Eddie a hater and that does not make me a hater either. I really love Avril’s song when you’re gone from her album Best Damn Thing I agree with Lynn Hoffman it is the best damn thing. I also really like Pink’s song called: nobody knows from her album I’m not dead. I like the lyric what are you going to do when an angel goes away? It is just a really excellent song extremely heart felt. I would say probably my favorite Pink song is me and ur hand which is also from I’m not dead. I really relate to the song rock show from Halestorm you’ll find your place in the world tonight man that just makes sense to me. Another song I really like is called I like it heavy this is an awesome song there is just so much in this track that I truly relate that I would like to be a part. I do consider myself to be a fan of more music that I consider to be hard rock and not metal. But I do not really make that distinction because I find it to be extremely stupid to me it’s the same as arguing whether Dave Grohl is metal or not? My whole thing is do you like it or not is it good or bad? The whole hard rock metal debate I find to be a waste of time. Just have fun and try to grow the music that you love in a respectable way because we need it. I do not want this type of music to go away but it can if it is not preserved. I hope I have not made these discussions about music that I love about me. There are stories where I talk about myself and I have written about music and why it connected with me at a certain time. There have also been extremely personal potions that are extremely personal where I talk about depression faith and what I struggle because I truly do it has always been extremely threptic for me to write about and not have to put on this façade that I think a lot of Christans put on when they are a round other Christans which does not do anyone a bit of good. I am not a fan of people who use their faith for evil or cruelness and then hide behind their faith to justify their cruelness. Sometimes I think it would be better if those people were not Christans to being. I think faith sometimes makes people stupid or naïve where they just go tattling on everyone. I think calling people out on their sin is important but I think that should be done in a non-combative way. I really like the alternative rock band Hole I think they were extremely overlooked during their heyday. I would be doing a disservice if I did not acknowledge Courtney Love’s talent on songs such as: Malibu or Doll Parts. Which I only knew about because Doll Parts was The Dollhouse’s entrance theme: in TNA Impact the members of The Dollhouse were: Marti Bell Jade and one of my favorite TNA Knockouts Rebel. Their leader was Taryn Terell.

I always think about what would I want to know about if I was just a fan because that is what I am
I have
always thought about what I would want to know about as a fan because that is
what I am. There are people out there
who have the mind set that if I do not have an audience that I will not create
or put my material out there. In Chris Hardwick’s book The Nerdist Way:
how to get to next level in your real life create anyway regardless of wheather
you have an audience or not just “create anyway that is an extremely self-defeating
attiude and is an excuse when I get right down to it. So get rid of it. A creative person creates regardless. Would I like to have more than one person’s
prospective on this? You bet I would but
I do not think that is possible at this point.
When I think about what I want to write about I always think about when
it comes to both professional wrestling and rock’n roll music I always think
what would I want to know if I were just a fan reading this. But the main thing I want to stress all of this is my opinion when it comes to music
for example all I can do is go with what I hear. This is something I never understood and listening
to Eddie Trunk got me to think about this he said that he never subscribed to
the notion of it’s hip so I have to like it.
Or if someone does not like something they are haters or they take it personally. That takes a lot of the fun out of this. I wish a lot of AEW fans did not take any of
the critiscm so personally. I hope people
notice that I only focus on music that I enjoy there are just so many more
musicans and bands that I love that I do not feel they get the recognition that they deserve. It is one of the things that made Eddie
Trunk want to get into radio because
there were all of these musicans and bands that he loved that so many fans were
unaware. Eddie’s first band was Kiss
and it took him a long time according to him to explore different musicans and
bands. Eddie Trunk was the first ever
host to have a heavy metal radio show.
But that is what I try to do here is to write about musicans and bands
that I truly love. I want fans to know
about musicans and bands that I think are underappreciated or underated.
Others may not agree with me and that is fine that is the fun of
it. I need to correct something I wrote
in the previous section Lance Hoyt Jimmy Rave with Christy Hemme I think they were known as: Rock’n Rave they had a
program with LAX : Homicide and Hernandez and they had a mystery female attack
Christy and Rock’n Rave TNA and Spike TV came up with a policy that male on female violence would not be tolerated. Until Final Resolution that January where
the mystery female unmasked and was revealed.
I need to also correct The Voodoo
Queen Roxxi Laveaux: is from Kong Square New Orlands Louisiana. I’ll say it again I wish I had a girlfriend
just like that. I also have never ever subscribed
to the notion of this musican or band has become more well-known or mainstream
I am not a fan anymore. I do not
understand that. There are fans out
there who are like that two examples: The Eagles and Veruca Salt check out this
song the morning sad from their 1997 album Eight Arms to Hold You. Louise Post’s guitar playing on this track
is really awesome. Jim Shapiro’s drumming
is one of the things that makes this song wonderful. Eight Arms to Hold You also features: shutterbug which the band performed on both
The Jenny Mccarthy Show on MTV: The 10 spot and Saturday Night LIVE. Eight Arms to Hold you also features a deep
track called finally mine which is a favorite of mine. Before anyone says well Bon Jovi became more
mainstream after their album Keep the Faith
which I think is still their best album.
But what makes Bon Jovi different from the two bands I mentioned I do
not think The Eagles and Veruca Salt ever went into a competly different
direction into something totally different
then what they started as. I do like
the first Bon Jovi music video I saw called it’s my life. The first Jon Bon Jovi music video I saw on
VH1 was midnight at Chelsea from Jon’s solo album Destination Anyway released:
in 1997. This music video was my first
ever exposure to anything Bon Jovi. I
think The Eagles did not face backlash until their album Hotel Calfornia was so
successful but the band did not change.
Chris Jericho told a story about how he saw Ronnie James Dio interact with fans
Chris asked Ronnie you sign every autograph?
Ronnie said yes every autograph because “You’ll won’t remember them but they’ll
never forget”. Ronnie also stressed to
Chris that “they will also remember if you blow them off”.

Keep up with those dreams do not lose them I will not #2
The one thing I made a mistake on Jimmy Rave made his return to TNA Impact at TNA No Surrender in a gauntlet match. What made this confusing is Jimmy Rave Lance Hoyt and Christy Hemme did not form a faction in a traditional sense because Jimmy just walked to the ring with Christy and Mike Tenay said that he was a part of The Rock’n Rave Infection with Lance Hoyt and Christy Hemme. I just wanted to clear that up. I gotta no friends cause they read the papers I am feeling really shot down and I feeling mean. Lyrics: from no more MR nice guy Oh Alice Copper had it right. That is a reference to section #2 of this blog. The hungry from The Distillers Brody Dalie’s vocals are amazing but I noticed listening to it the guitarist just lays out the guitar riff which is extremely rare the only other example: where the guitar riff is just laid out there by the guitarist is suffocate me from Angelfish. Shairly Manson’s lull in her vocals are extremely disturbing and haunting which is why I love it fool! I do not mean that anyone is a fool I just got carried away. Ted Nugent said something that I defiantly agree with on That Metal Show on VH1 Classic that the riff for little MS. Dangerous is so perfect. I think Uncle Ted is one of the finest guitar player in rock’n roll. Pretty much all of those guitarists from Michigan are amazing for example: MC5. It is quite an experience to hear a distorted guitar for the first time!
Keep up with those dreams do not lose them: I will not
I have thought about perceived slights that were not meant to be perceived slights but that is the whole point of perceived slights in the first place they were not intended. I thought about Ronnie James Dio about how important it is to give fans their “moment” it is not just about famous people it is about everyone that is just as important to me. So perceived slights are the vibes that I do not want to give. I used to say and I meant just thinking about Roxxi years later I wish I had a girlfriend just like that. Roxxi Laveaux The Voodoo Queen from New Orleans Louisiana. Roxxi was brought in by BG James and Kip James the Voodoo Kin Mafia/VKM to naturalize Christy Hemme after she recruited Basham and Damaja to challenge VKM. Then Lance Hoyt joined Christy after turning on BG and Kip and the two of them formed The Rock’n Rave Infection with Jimmy Rave. But I think Jimmy Rave only joined Christy at TNA No Surrender during a Gauntlet match in September of 2007. They did not develop the gimmick of The Rock’n Rave Infection until they debuted on Impact at the end of January the following year. Which again was an absolute missed opportunity. But I do not know all of the factors of why The Rock’n Rave did not get the proper run that I think they deserved the only thing I can figure is that Lance got an opportunity in the WWE/ECW brand and then that left Jimmy alone. Or it could have been a result of The Feast or Fired match at Turning Point in December of that same year.

I do not like getting out of my comfort zone: Who does?
I do not like getting out of my comfort zone who does? I do not think anyone does but one thing for certain is that if one does not leave their comfort zone. But if one does not do it there is no chance of emotional or spiritual growth there is absolutely none which I have to admit sucks but it is freeing at the exact same time. But as I stated previously I want to live as full of a life as possible and the only way for me to do that is by leaving my comfort zone. There will be limits I know especially for me I have extenuating circumstances I know which I have made peace. I went into detail on this in section #5 if anyone wants to review it. But time is very limited that is just fact. Christan Cage became The Instant Classic in TNA which I think he is embarrassed about his TNA run but it carried over into his WWE/ECW return . Which I went into detail about also in section #5. I was thinking about this in section #5 I started off the section talking about my love for the rock band Halestorm more specifically Lzzy Hale but the whole band are wonderful folks. Then I talk about my love for Brody Dalle The Distillers and Spinerette etc. I love Brody’s vocals and she is an excellent guitar player. These bands were kind of an underground rock scene. How I discovered Brody was her duet with Shairly Mansion called girl talk. Then I discovered her first track as a solo artist don’t mess with me which is more mainstream and poppy. Then I discovered her more heavier rock stuff with The Distillers and Spinerette. Which is more up my ally. Not to say that her album Diploid Love is bad it’s not but it just more mainstream. I have just become more of a fan of The Distillers and Spinerette but I have to admit it probably does not fit with my discussing my extenuating circumstances which is fine because I am proud of it. I first discovered who Lzzy Hale is when she a guest on VH1 Classic’s That Metal Show and then I went in search of all things Halestorm. I still can not believe what Meat Loaf told Lynn Hoffman that his mom told him he could not care a tune in a bucket. What is worse is Meat Loaf agreed that he knows how to feel a song. I was listening to two out of three an’t bad it is a really great and a beautiful song. So I think MR. Loaf is defiantly selling himself short. So Christan Cage becomes The Instant Classic in TNA he teams up with Robert Roode with Traci Brooks/MS. Brooks and Kaz teamed up with Booker T. The tag took place at Turning Point: Sunday December 2nd, 2007. This was when Kaz was coming off a run defending Christan Cage in a ladder match at Genesis 2007. The next Thursday on Impact he faced Kurt Angle for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship on November 15th, 2007. This match gave me my passion back to be a fan again. Also this was the match that sold me on Kaz. Mike Tenay thought the ladder match at Genesis was the match that sold him on Kaz I can understand either opinion. I know that there will be fans that argue that the only reason this match was good is that Kurt Angle carried Kaz I disagree this match might have solidified Kaz because he did this amazing arm drag to Kurt and when Kurt got him in the Angle lock he countered it with a beautiful arm drag. Kaz did one high arm drag and one low arm drag. To me I am not sure why Kaz was never TNA World Heavyweight Champion he was that good. Kaz formed a pretty impressive tag team with The Fallen Angel Christopher Daniels called The Bad Influence. But I think The Fallen Angle or Kaz should have been World Champions they are both that good. I do not understand why either of them were not world champions during their respected TNA runs. I hope they are getting those runs in AEW. I never though The Rock’n Rave Inflection got the recognition that they deserved. I know that Christy Hemme had to retire due to a neck injury and Lance Hoyt got an opportunity with the WWE/ECW but I just think they had much more to offer. Especially Christy maybe she felt uncomfortable as a bad chick but I found her to be extremely appealing. But I hope that Lance Hoyt gets more of an opportunity in AEW. Keep up with those dreams do not lose them. I am not!

Not the best way
I just want to follow up on something I said earlier about how does one accomplish whatever they want to accomplish without coming off as a jerk because as I said being nice is paramount to me. Because I do not think the tired of one’s banging is the best-case scenario. The reason I bring this up I want to live as full of a life as possible. One way of doing that is figuring out how to do that the right way and not forcing yourself on the public. Where it gets so bad where people are practically nauseated by your inquiry which I have been guilty. Again I want to live the most fulfilled life I can. In order to do that one most of the time have to make themselves uncomfortable with out making others uncomfortable.
When does it get to a point where people just get tired of banging?
I was thinking about those who go after their dreams does it get to a point where the people just get tired of your banging but the most important question I have is how does one do this without coming off as a jerk because I am always concerned with being nice to people that is the most important: aspect to all of this. It is great to have dreams and goals but being kind to people is paramount to me. What I am jealous of are the people who know what they want and are able to go after it but for some reason I think that is extremely rare.
Expressed it better then I could
Eddie Trunk said something on his radio show that I have been tying to express through out this blog but I think Eddie expressed it better when I hear people who express that you have to have to like something to stay young and hip I subscribe to the young part but not to the hip part. Or what Eddie said that if someone does not like something you are hating on something. But it is just an opinion that really does not make sense to me. I do not understand the notion of asking someone for an opinion and I guess they expect you to like it and you don’t they will say so and so is hating on this musican or band. I feel the same way as Eddie all I can go with is what I hear and how I hear it. I hope that clears up some confuession. But it is the exact same thing to me as going to a hard rock or heavy metal show and thinking I have to dress in all black scream and get tattoos and that is not coming from with in that drives me crazy. This type of music is all about being authentic which is the whole point of this music. Most importantly it takes away the fun out of it.

Think of the notion of the good that could take place
I am a fan of professional wrestling I understand being passionate about opinions that is what makes this fun I have in the past taken this way to seriously but I have never personally attacked someone that is something I do not understand and it takes the fun out of it for everyone. I am going to go with the notion that you never know the good that could take place. Meaning even though we are in a pandemic there are people who have been taking care of those less fortunate. There is bad stuff that has happened as a result of this pandemic as well. People using this pandemic for poltical gain in a word sucks. But maybe look at the opportunities that may occur for said people. Maybe going to a rock’n roll fantasy camp which I mentioned a lot learning to play a guitar just for the fun. So instead of thinking about the crap think about what opportunities might be there. It is a lot like when someone thinks this might be the worst thing that could happen. I did not give an example I know I should but just think about something that you thought was going to be the worst thing in your life and it turned out to be a blessing. Currently I can not think of one but I am sure there are many in my life. I would say learning and discovering a passion and pursing it just for the love of like playing the guitar. I am sure Bret Micheals Ted Nugent and The Red Rocker Sammy Hagar love to pass on their knowledge to aspiring musicans.

Always a reason not to do something always: finale
I have never been a fan of Metallica for no particular reason the music was just never my thing. I have to admit they were right about Naspter and streaming in general I made fun of them at the time but unfortunaly they were right. I do not even think it really has to do with money it has to do with visibility and fans knowing about their music. Money is defiantly a part of it but it is more about supporting new artists. My only critiscm of Metallica in their music video for nothing else matters they are throwing darts at a Winger poster. I guess because I am a Winger fan and I did not understand the blacklash never made sense to me.

It's a rock show and let's hope for the best
I was really a fan of both Christy Hemme and So Cal Val and even Traci Brooks all three of them were awesome. I really was not a fan of Christy until she became a bad chick that was she at her finest. I use the term “bad chick” for a reason. I love Christy when she joined Lance Hoyt and Jimmy Rave. I think Lance was supposed to be Slash and Jimmy looked like Axl Rose. Christy had the long wild red hair and would sometimes dress in red or black. The certain looks that Christy would give really made me love her during this era: in TNA. I love the guitar hero controllers. I never understood guitar hero. I always though why wouldn’t you just learn how to play guitar. Because Ronnie James Dio said that the guitar was the instrument that the common person could pick up and play even if it didn’t sound right it still made a little sense to you. Christy Hemme performed the theme: for The Rock’n Rave Infection called Society box which is a great song all its own. I am hoping better days are coming we may be going through a lot of uncertainity this year which is extremely exhausting I know but the people I am concerned for the most are the restaurant workers and the indviuals who work at movie theaters and the like. I just do not think that the governors of these states have thought about the negative impact that these lockdowns and shutdowns create. I hate it for them and I will be thinking of them a lot as we head into the Christmas season. I am not trying to get poltical I am just thinking about human decency. I know everyone wants to be safe I can understand that to only an extent but I am concerned about those who have and will lose their livelihoods because of lockdowns. I am worried about people going into poverty as a result of these restrictions. I do not think anyone’s goal should be to live as safe as life as possible there are risks in everything in life. I just wish this pandemic was being treated as a health issue and not a poltical issue. But the thing I have noticed and I defiantly do not like is whatever side anyone happens to fall under I think the media is more guility of this then the American people but blame for any of this wheather it is the pandemic or the election it does no any good.

I would like to apologize for perceived slights!

The style of hardcore
I do like the style of hardcore in professional wrestling I do not like what the style became in the WWE with the hardcore title the 24/7 rule. But in ECW it was more of a work ethic then what it become known as with the blood guts I just do not understand that especially with talent such as: Jerry Lynn he was a great technical wrestler and an aerial artists so I do not like the notion of hardcore being all about wepons etc. That could be part of it but that is not hopefully what I think of when I think about hardcore. But I would say that in my opinion TNA Impact Wrestling does much better hardcore matches in that style then the WWE did when they had the Hardcore title. Tommy Dreamer and Raven were able to do more of what they did in ECW. They did not duplicate what they did in ECW because it was a magical time. Maybe some fans think that there should be a hardcore title in maybe Impact Wrestling for example: because Sami Callihan maybe considered a hardcore wrestler but I am not sure a hardcore title would work. I am just thinking of what the WWE did with the hardcore title.
The freeing notion of heavier music
I love a distorted
guitar I have always been fascinated by everything that goes into a musical
performance wheather it is drums and everything else that is what I am truly mesmerized
it means something to me that is why a rock’n roll fantasy camp would be
perfect for me. If anyone wants to
throw on a banana I like a red or an
orange banana if anyone wants to wear a cowboy hat that is fine. I am not a fan of cowboys hats but if
someone wants to wear them I am for it.
Because heavier rock or heavy metal is about being authentic. There is not much of a time in life
where you are allowed to be authentic in
every way. Wheather a rock star is just
playing a character which I hope they are not.
I hope that those characteristics are inside of them. Doctor Tom Prichard said it best about professional
wrestling in the 1980s that they used characteristics inside of them or they learned it from
someone else but they were pirates wheather they really were or not they felt as if
they were. Not every match was great
according to Doctor Tom a lot of them were stinkers. For example: Terry Funk was a cowboy from
Texas until he took of his boots. Now
fans make fun of others for getting into the product which I do not understand
at all. Because most of the smart fans
care most about the in-ring product which is fine. But do not make fun of me for example for getting into
who the talent are. I am even for Goth
if that is how someone feels. I am not referring
to devil worship but if one who is a rock star so to speak. I am not necessarily a fan of the term “rock
star” because the term associated with it such as: fame and excess which I am extremely cautious. I do not believe the term Goth to be associated
with the devil. Most people who go to a
rock’n roll fantasy camp will not be rock stars they are only doing it for the love
and passion of it. That is the freeing
notion of playing rock’n roll.
Thank you Bob Ryder!
I want to remember Bob Ryder it was Bob’s idea for Total Non-Stop Action he was on a fishing trip and he told Jeff Jarrett about his idea. The one problem Nitro and Thunder were canceled by Turner Brodcasting so he though the cable companies would not want anything to do with a new professional wrestling company so he decided to see if he could get pay-per-view to charge a reasonable amount for the viewer so they would continue to support what they were doing hence NWA Total Non-Stop Action and the weekly Wednesday night pay-per-views. I was such a fan I would watch the pay-per-views through the scrambling I also watched many WWE pay-per-views through the scrambling as well. I just want to thank Bob Ryder for his passion and loyalty to Total Non-Stop Action Impact he always gave talent an opportunity and many talents would say he would always answer their call. Bob met Mike Tenay in Las Vegas 30 years ago Mike was hotsing: Wrestling Insiders a national radio show. Bob was a listener and fan of the program. Mike Tenay was the first ever host to have a national radio show about professional wrestling. Bob hired Mike to be an announcer for NWA Total Non-Stop Actions years later. Mike Tenay is on a list of my top favorite play by play announcers. Bob also hired the great Don West to do color commentary in professional wrestling for the very first time. Bob also gave The Monster Abyss an opportunity in NWA Total Non-Stop Action. This was at a time during the Wednesday night pay-per-views where none of the talent were sure that they would be back the next week. Jeremy Borash paid trbute to Bob Ryder saying: “There are people that can enter your life and competly change everything. Bob Ryder was that person for me. His courageous long fight with cancer never kept his sprits down. He was the kind of friend that comes along once in a lifetime I will miss him terribly”. I think JB summed up Bob Ryder and the kind of indivual he was. There are really no words that I can say all I know for sure is that Impact Wrestling will not be the same. Goodbye Bob Ryder I will miss you and thank you for your loyalty and passion for Impact Wrestling! May God bless you.

"Hello it's only me I'm everything you can't control"
There are people if you go a little bit in a different direction people get confused so there are people who will think you are being a rebel but you are not usually trying to be one. It goes back to the song do what you want from Evanescence remember who you really are. Something I do not think is stressed enough well it maybe stressed the notion of following a dream is stressed what I mean by that it is great to have a dream but how do you purse those dreams that is the real question? The usual analogy is having a road map with out a compass something like that. I do not like to use analogies but I think that one proofs a point. Because there is something inside of me that wants to suppress those dreams because it is much easier to do so. But there also is something inside of me that will not allow me to suppress those dreams. I think Total Non-Stop Action’s Turning Point 2006 was a much better pay-per-view event then Slammiversary 2006 that year’s Slammiversary’ s tag line was “This is the one”. Christan Cage was the NWA World Champion at the time defeating it in a King of The Moutain match Christan Cage was also undefended in his TNA run. During Turning Point which took place on Sunday December 10th 2006 The Impact Hall of Famer The Monster Abyss being managed by Farther James Mitchell was the defending NWA World Champion in a triple threat match between The Instant Classic Christan Cage and Sting. At Genius Abyss defeated Sting by disqualification to become the new NWA World Champion. I prefer that rule I really do not like that talent can keep a championship on a disqualification. I read that this was an NWA rule and when TNA disbanded from the NWA that rule was thrown out. I remember Mike Tenay said that was the way the rule was written that is why when Amazing Red and Jerry Lynn lost the NWA tag team championships by getting disqualified and losing to Triple X: The Fallen Angel Christopher Daniels Primetime Elix Skipper and Low KI. I really like the faction of Gangrel Edge and Christan collectively known as: The Brood. Gangrel looked like a vampire Edge and Christan were dressed all in black and wore dark sun classes both Edge and Christan had long blonde hair at the time. Edge and Christan were long lost brothers. The entrance theme was extremely dark where all three of them rose from an elevated floor where they would walk through fire. Gangrel would lead them to the ring where he would drink a red substance that it seemed to give him supernatural powers. I think the faction were supposed to be outsiders. I think the group was heavily influenced by the grunge moment of the late 80s early 1990s. I really like Sami Callihan while that is not right word I do not like him but he is different. He reminds me a lot of Raven when he first debuted for ECW in the 1990s. No one works like Sami in the ring and he cuts a unique and different type of promo that is all his own and the most important thing about Sami he is believable. I believe everything he says and does. When Sami hit Eddie Edwards in the eye with a baseball bat he got a lot of heat from the mainstream media and when TMZ asked Sami about it he did not apologize and say that he and Eddie were friends he double down on it and said he would do it again. When Sami hit Eddie with the bat and almost ended his career it took Eddie in a more of a style of what is known as hardcore. The “Draw Sami Callihan is refreshing in what has become a politically correct industry that is not supposed to be.

Heavier music is not a bad thing!
I am not sure why black is synonymous with hard rock and heavy metal but it is there is nothing I can do about it. I may not like it but there is nothing I can do it has been that way before I was born. But it’s the same as musicans wearing bandannas they are also synonymous with harder rock and heavy metal so there is nothing I can do about it nothing! I love the color orange that is a representation for harder rock for me at least. I am not sure that I am a fan of heavy metal for a simple reason I got to have vocals and melodies and the material that I have heard that is considered heavy metal does not have that. I know one thing this type of music does not have anything to do with devil worship I know that is out there but I do not think of it as true. I have said many times through out this blog that this type of music saved my life that may sound corny to some but it is how I feel. Because this harder type of music gave me an outlet that I would not have had otherwise. Because I grew up feeling confused and alienated harder rock gave me assurance that I was not alone. So when Bret Micheals wears a bandanna for example: that does not make him a rebel or anything like that it has become a signature for both Bret and Axl Rose. So the idea of heavier music being associated with devil worship I do not understand because to me it is just a theatrical role which means it is only fun. The thing that drives me crazy is the notion of it is a hard rock or heavy metal show so I have to wear black scream and get tattoos if that is how they feel and if that is coming from with in then that is great so the main thing when it comes to this type of music is be who you are and have fun and try to grow this type of music in a respectable way because we need it.

Where to find an opportunity?
I have to be honest I am not sure where the opportunity is but I respect those who know where an opportunity is because I know that there are a lot of people who do not know where an opportunity will take them but they try to go for it because they have no other place to go. I have always appecated interviews who go out of their way to make musicans comfortable. Because let’s face it I am not sure many musicans like to be the center of attention. That may seem counter intuitive because they are on stage but musicans are usually not comfortable around people especially people they do not know. But to be an interviewer that is a diffcult prospect and here is the thing most people may think you do not like them but for the most part that is not true. I am really not someone who likes to give up so those dreams that I have inspire me. It is just like Kip Winger said that everyone has that rock star inside of them. Wheather that person is working in a gas station or driving a truck that person has the potential to become a rock star. Kip said the main goal of Rock’n Roll Fantasy Camp is to bring that inner rock star out of them. When I mentioned interviewers making musicans comfortable I mean that musicans are shy by nature and their ability to get passed that is a unique ability. I really do miss That Metal Show which aired on VH1 Classic from 2008-2015. I did not get VH1 Classic until 2015 and the next year the channel flipped and became MTV Classic. My two favorite professional wrestlers are: The Inventor of Violence Tommy Dreamer and The Instant Classic Christan Cage. I became a fan of Christan when he debuted for TNA. I have been a fan of Tommy Dreamer since he was managed by: The Queen of Exterme Francine when ECW was on TNN.
The more bright spots in anyone's life the better!
I am not sure what I am doing is that the beginning of wisdom? No the beginning of wisdom is I know nothing I do not what I am doing. Before I get started I need to clarify something Laura Branigan’s version of let me in is better then Eddie Money’s version because of the cowbell. A cowbell makes a song competly better. Let me in was featured on Laura’s self-titled album. I feel like Patrick Bateman in the movie American Psycho. But back to what I was saying for me it was all about Laura’s voice and her beautiful smile which really added to the enjoyment for me. Something that has really bothered is the meanness I see on Youtube as I have said before it does not matter to me what anyone likes or does not like about professional wrestling I am just glad they are fans. I do not understand the personal attacks it is ridiculous and needs to stop. I am not sure if it is being done because on the internet people feel as if they are anonymous but they are not I really do not like it I do not find it to be productive and really sad. I just wanted to mention that because it is something that has been bothering me and I do not understand it. Whether you are a music fan or a wrestling fan it does not matter to me I am just glad they are fans. Those are the bright spots I have been referring. It is why I talk about Rock’n Roll Fantasy Camp because those campers are just looking for an outlet that they do not have in their everyday lives. I do love the idea of the fantasy camp and I am truly a supporter and fan of those fantasy camps I am not sure when those fantasy camps and concerts will return because of the pandemic but I the notion of teaching and showing fans how to become musicans is a positive thing. As Kip Winger says everyone has an inner rock star inside of them. I miss VH1 Classic and That Metal Show but thankfully for rock fans we have radio personality Eddie Trunk. Ronnie James Dio once said that every hard rock and heavy metal fan should “thank this man for keep this going for everyone who is a fan of this music”. Which I agree it is defiantly needed and if this is not passed down it will seize to be. But there are probably many people who could be a musican if they were exposed to it in some way. I am not referring to being a rock star or being famous I am just talking about being a musican just because you love it and that is who you are. Any musican that is any good will probably tell you they play just to make themselves feel better and maybe have a connection to an audience. Because if you are so caught up in being famous I do not think you will probably be any good. So maybe pick up a guitar or a drum seat. What made my parents cool is they knew drumming was something I wanted to do just for the fun of it. I am sure when Bret Micheals for example: puts on that bandana he is just focused on the music and putting on a good show not being famous. But can someone know that they might be a good guitar player or a drummer if they are never exposed to it? The answer is they cannot. I was blessed or cursed I have looked at it two different ways to have been exposed to rock music at a very early age.

I hope things get better
One of my
favorite programs in TNA Impact was The Instant Classic Christan Cage and The
War Mechiche Rhino. Bound For Glory in
2006 was my first Bound For Glory after I
graduated from high school. This Bound
For Glory took place LIVE in Detroit Michigan on Sunday October 22nd 2006. This took place in an arena that was usually a hockey rink. This match was an 8-mile street fight in
which there was no disqualification.
Bound For Glory was and is TNA Impact’s equivalent of WWE’s
Wrestlemina. The War Mechiche and The
Instant Classic had the first six-sided barbed
wire steel cage match during a TNA Impact Spike TV primetime special. I miss those prime-time specials because
they always seemed special. Christan
Cage Edge and Rhino grew up in the business and were also friends. A talent that I miss and really liked is Trinity
I remember when she moonsaluted off the cage during the first Lockdown. My favorite run she had was when she managed
Micheal Shane Trinity tried to convince Michael to go after The X-Division
Championship. This was a very brief run
because Michael was usually with his girlfriend and manger Traci Brooks but at
this time she was with Chris Sabin. I
always liked Trinity I thought she was a
great athlete gorgeous and extremely sexy. I was friends with her on Facebook and she
was always kind. One of the reasons I
like the 8-mile street fight it began in the parking lot in Detroit and worked
it’s way to the six-sided ring. Most of
the matches in the Memphis Territory were not interned to be falls count
anywhere but they ended up being because it was more of a fight. The Memphis Territory was not known for technical
wrestling except maybe: Tojo Yammoto but
technical wrestling was not what the fans wanted and that did not draw
money. I love the style or what became known as: hardcore. I am hoping to not give up on
dreams that I may have I just want to remain an optimist as I said earlier I have
beaten down by life this year do to the pandemic and I think many others have
been as well. They are depressed and
uncertain right now I am just hoping better days are coming and I hope that if
I stay on the path and do not give up things will get better and I will be able
to bring the joy that those heroes which I mentioned previously.
Even if I am not able to build an audience that enjoys what I am doing
but I will continue to do what I am doing.
One of my favorite color commenters is Don Calis he is able to get the
story across and gets me excited about the product. I am not the only one who enjoys Don’s
commentary a lot of fans have talked about how good Don is on commentary. I was also a huge fan of Don West I know a
lot fans did not like Don but I loved his passion. Mike Tenay was also a great color commenter
I also respected Mike’s knowledge of the product especially of Lucha Libra. There are fans who think I am not a fan of technical
wrestling I just think Kurt Angle is overrated. I got tried of Kurt in every TNA main event
year after year. But that does not mean
that I do not respect him I appreciate that he helped TNA Impact. I got tried of Bobby Lashley being in every
main event as well. So I prefer an
inflex and turn over in talent which Impact has been doing the past 3
years.
Don't give up
I never want to hear Sammy Hagar cover David Lee Roth’s Van Halen songs and the same with Roth. I feel when Sammy joined the band they became a different band. A lot of Van Halen purest prefer Roth over Hagar I am not going to deny David Lee Roth’s influence on the band and a lot of fans will say that a lot of the fun went away when Roth left. One of the reasons I love Evanescence more specifically Amy Lee is the darkness of the music. I have been that way since I first saw the music video for stupid girl from Garbage on MTV it was the starting point for me Shairly Manson scared me to death was the beginning of my musical obsession. I love the darkness in Amy Lee’s voice which Ronnie James Dio liked as well. Tori Amos said in an interview that she has been chasing the dark she has for a while. There are many lyrics from what you want from Evanescence: hello hello remember me ? I ‘m everything you can’t control somewhere beyond the pain: there must be a way : to believe:. we can break through. You don’t have to lay your life down it isn’t over. The most important lyric you got to remember who you are. Or if you could dream the better. But the main lyric has to be got to remember who you really are. I have been beaten down by life this year I think a lot of people have been to do this pandemic there two things that have sustained me through this my faith in God and my dreams for better days. I know that a lot of people my age give up on their dreams and optimism but I think of myself as a late bloomer. I can not just give up thinking that there are better days ahead and also if I keep on trucking I will remember who I really am. I do not believe in not going after your dreams because most people are which giving up on your dreams only makes sense to me if you are only going in a sensible direction. But what I want to try and do is to provide that temporary escape like what Eddie Trunk was talking about on his radio show or like that quote from Lynn Hoffman. Which I mentioned in a previous post. I would like to thank both of them for the inspiration I needed it. Also I needed to be remined of why I am doing this.

There is so much meanness
There is so
much meanness I see because of social media and the internet. There are two things that I do not remember growing up I do not think people were so sensitivity
and they did not wish ill on others no one wished people to fail they did not
tattle tale on each other about so-called
transgressions because people were so into their own thing. Maybe it’s people who have way too much time
on their hands. If that sounds mean I do not mean it to be but these people act
as if we are not going die and that no one will make mistakes. Here is where I am I do not care who you
voted or support during this election readers maybe thinking what do you mean
you do not care who you voted? That is
right I am sick of all of it. I may
disagree with someone but I do not hate them and wish ill on them and hate
them. Because it is not good for anyone
to hold that anger inside. I just
realize all of that angrier I hate it.
I just think many people need to have something that makes them happy
and gives them joy they need that escape.
Many people are depressed right now because of the pandemic and they
need something that dulls the pain whatever that may be. I really hope to grow. I really hate to look at people as a group
whether you are gay black I hate to look at people like that all it is
accomplishing is turning people against each other which I think is the
mainstream media’s goal. I am really
hoping to grow as long as I live. I am
really hoping to mature and grow and hopefully stay on a great path. As I said I do not do anything for fame or
anything like that but do I hope to meet my heroes? Yes I do! There is an old saying never meet your
heroes well I can say interacting with my favorite wrestler Tommy Dreamer The
Queen of Extreme Francine and Don Callis has always been positive can not
believe how much all three of them have gone out of their way to be nice to me
because I tend to ask lengthy questions.
Because none of these talents owe me anything.
My hope
I want to be
careful with what I am about to say I think faith and spirituality is a must in
one’s life. Without God’s Holy Sprit I
would not be here today and also with my parents knowing that I needed
help. Sin is sin to God and with one sin you are guilty of all of it. But because Jesus is our advocate he pardons
us. But I think over thinking sin is a
huge problem I think confronting new Christans on some of what they might perceive
of being sin can be a turn off to new Christans. There is a right and wrong way to help new
Christans deal with sin. I do not think
I have to explain what I mean I think it has to be seen. I think some Christans need to lighten up a little
bit. I think God will let everyone know
when they are guilty of sin the bible says if we say we have no sin we deceive ourselves
because we will sin by omission. The
main thing no one wants in their lives is religion they should seek Jesus
Christ in their lives. I was a little worried
about writing about sin and the like but
that is alright. I love how Australians
view life they will say no worries mate because that is biblically accurate. I will say this I have never viewed Australians
as being lazy. I love the idea of not
worring and being laid back. I want to
return to Private Sessions hosted by: Lynn Hoffman on A and E the Avril Lavigne
espiode where Lynn gives her the
compliment of hoping her star grows and wishes her nothing but success and happiness! Also going into a different direction on
her new album The Best Damn Thing. Songs
such as: hot or even girlfriend go in a different direction with a pop sensualities
and hip-hop beats and even a rock sensibility as well. It is not rock in the traditional sense but
it is mixed in there yes I am a fan. I
also discovered The Bacon Brothers on Youtube on Private Sessions on A and
E. I respect that Kevin and Micheal
Bacon at least try I can tell their influence is in a blues direction. Kevin’s voice is definitively influenced by
the blues. Kevin’s brother Micheal may
not be as well known as he is but I enjoy Micheal’s guitar playing. I think Kevin plays guitar as well. I have always been a fan of Eddie Murphy’s
comdey I wish I had known about his brother Charlie earlier. I did not know about Charlie until he was on
The Chappelle Show when he did the Rick
James True Hollywood Story thing according: to Eddie Murphy most of that was
true. I consider The Chappelle Show and
In Living Color to be the best comdey shows ever. I am hoping to be a nicer person I may not
be as personable as I should be and I
have been accused of not talking to people which I understand but I am always sensitive
and respectable to others feelings especially when I first meet them so it may
come off as slights to people who do not know me. I mentioned that Ronnie James Dio quote that
is something I inspire to be and hope to be.
Friday, November 20, 2020
The reason I started with a certain quote:
Ronnie James Dio said something in an interview that I think is extremely import one night he saw fans standing waiting for autographs they even missed their trains. So Ritchie Blackmore left and Ronnie heard the fans say “aw. Ronnie say he learned a lot from Ritchie Blackmore he learned what to do and what not to do. Ronnie and Ritchie collaborated to create music for a band called Rainbow he said it was magical time for him. But when Ritchie went into the direction and style of songs such as: since you’ve been gone and I surrender Ronnie knew it was time for him to move on. But Ronnie has always complimented Ritchie for his musical genius. Ritchie Blackmore was the guitarist for Deep Purple he created the riff for smoke on the water. Glenn Hughes was not only in Black Sabbath but also in Deep Purple for a time. Ronnie learned something that night when he heard the fans say, “aw he learned without them “we aren’t”. Tommy Dreamer said something similar that without the fans “I would never have had the opportunity to live my dream”. That makes me love Tommy even more. So Ronnie came up with an idea he said he will never ever let that happened again he said okay here is our new policy we are going to line up every fan and sign every autograph and it lasted until 6 in the morning. That is the main reason I started this project with a Dio quote. That is something I often think about because that is the person I long and hope to be. Chris Jericho said that was one thing he learned from Ronnie is always give fans their moment do not take that away from them because you won’t remember it but they will never forget it.
Where is the journey?
One more
thing I would like to express people do
not see the journey that most go through
there is a lot of no’s that they have to deal.
So having to deal with the doubt probably enters one’s mind but I like what
Henry Rollins said about his work ethic I got no place else to go. Or anyone who is in any good does not do it
for fame or any other reason then I have
to bring this creation to life! I have
to admit I like Fozzy and Chris Jericho his music is actually really good and I
admire him for at least trying and evolving.
I think now with musicans and professional wrestlers I think much of the
mystery is gone which I love having that mystery I think many fans do as well they
may not admit it but I think they do it is much more fun. If you know everything about how music is created and everything
about their personal lives it takes away so much of the mystery. I do not think it is good to know everything
about a musican. Especially in
professional wrestling not knowing if the personality you are seeing how much is the real personality and what is
not it is much better and way more exciting.
I like Chavo Guerreo JR and Eddie Guerreo when you think about it Eddie
and Chavo grew up as: brothers. One of
the reasons Eddie was and still is so popular fans saw their faults in themselves and also
Eddie was extremely shy but when Eddie got in the ring in front fans all of the insecurities he had were gone and he found
peace in the ring. I do not like the comparison
of Eddie and Chavo I think doing that takes away from both of them. I think fans perceiving that Chavo is in
Eddie’s shadow is a disservice to both of them. Eddie told Chavo something I like he said
cream always rises to the top and if he sticks with it the more he would grow
into it wheather that was developing his persona or his in ring skills he could
not help but get better. I may not be
very personable but I think I am at my best playing the drums and I think many
musicians are that way that is how they communicate
and their connection to humanity. I love the creative arts and I think that as
saved so many people’s lives and unfortunaly I am not joking I wish I were. But I do believe God gives you those gifts
for a reason not to hurt them.
I wish
Something I
wish I had known about is Private Sessions on A and E hosted: by Lynn Hoffman I
have become a fan of her’s. I also wish
I had access to VH1 Classic earlier
because they had a great foray into rock
music. I wish I had watched VH1 Classic’s
All Request Hour hosted: by Lynn Hoffman I also wished I had watched Hangin’
with Eddie Trunk which was also on VH1 Classic. MTV Classic is just not good and not even
worth watching it sucks. I did not
follow ECW until it began on TNN. I remember
watching when Tommy Dreamer was with the Queen of Exterme Francine and he became
my favorite wrestler. I wish I had
known and supported ECW before the company debuted on TNN it was an awesome
product because it just looked like so much fun
much more like a rock concert then a wrestling event and I loved every
mintiue of it. The best part of that
time everyone was not so sensitive and politically correct the WWE had the
Attiude era and everything was hot. The
main thing professional wrestling is not supposed to be politically correct
that is why fans love it. I love
the intimacy of what I have seen on Private Sessions Lynn said that when
guests come into the studio it is like they are stepping into her living room
because they are so comfortable. I love
this notion all Lynn as wanted to do is to “entertain people make them laugh
feel good about themselves I strive to motivate and inspire people to live the
best lives they can. ”If we all lift
each other up then we all succeed.”. I
think we should have more of that if you ask me especially now I am so sick of social media politically
correctness and the division that I wish we did not have. The main thing people are looking for during
this pandemic is comfort and nostalgia which we all need comfort at this

Someone who is in a postion they are not there just because of luck
Someone who
is in a postion they are not there just because of luck there is obvious luck
in everything. Here are two examples:
Mike Tenay said in an interview with Jim Ross that if you want to be a commenter
in professional wrestling or a referee think of the longevity of those in those positions. Examples: Jim Ross Josh Matthews and Micheal
Cole or even Earl Hebner as a referee. There are not enough positions in the business
where there are opportunities to be an announcer. There are many more opportunities to become
a basketball or a baseball announcer because they have a radio and TV
team. There are many dream jobs well I should not say that one of my
dreams is to let people know about music
that I love to people who may enjoy it.
Wheather that is a VJ or DJ those do not really exists or a host that was
one of my goals not for fame or anything like that I just wanted to bring the
joy that watching MTV and VH1 I wanted the connection that those VJs had with
me. But I never though that they do not
deserve to be in those positions I may have thought that is a job I would love
to do because it just looked like so much fun.
Especially now it is so important to have an escape because there are so
many horrible things going on the world.
To quote: The Red Hot Chil Peppers song soul to squeeze “when I find my
peace of my mind I am going to give you some of my good time”. Mike Tenay also said he is not trying dissuade
anyone from going after their dreams but be realistic. Which Mike Tenay acknowledged how blessed he
is to be one of the few to be successful as a commentator in professional
wrestling. Henry Rollins said something
that I think is extremely important to keep in mind that artists that are any
good do not do what they do for fame it
is a question of how do I bring this creation to life?
Loyalty is an extremely important quality
I am not
sure how I want to start this off so I may
start off with this to quote my favorite professional wrestler of all
time The Innovator of Violence Tommy Dreamer “I’ll take them both I’m hardcore”. There is some luck in this world whether I
do not like to admit but it is true you do not have control over what health you
are going to be born what parents you will be born so that is luck or I like to say I am blessed
or feel blessed. Tommy Dreamer said on
his House of Hardcore podcast with Trey from The Rascalz that when someone left ECW he took it
personally but he realized that it was just business. I felt that way many times when any talent
left TNA at the time but I realized no one will be in any company forever everyone’s
run will eventually end. It does not
mater how good you are or how over you are their run will eventually end. When a talent leaves it gives them a chance
to evolve and gives other talent a chance.
I really enjoyed Impact Plus’s Turning Point on Youtube it was an
awesome event it was a bright spot of this year. The Good Brothers became new Impact Tag Team
Champions by defending The North in an excellent tag match. I like The Good Brothers because they are
just fun and have the cool factor to them.
I really enjoyed their special Talking ‘N Shop on AXSTV on Tuesday
October 20th. It was also
awesome to see Impact legend: The Cowboy James Storm teaming with Chris Sabin
facing The Deaners the best part of the match was when James Storm did The Beer
Money taught where The Cowboy said Beer and Chris Sabin said Gun which is a
take off of both Beer Money with Bobby Rooode and James Storm with The Motor
City Machine Guns “Beer Gun”. Rich
Swan defending the Impact World Championship against “The Draw” Sami Callihan
was an awesome match if fans did not believe in Rich as Impact World Champion I
hope they did after this match it was an incredible performance! I really wish I had supported Lucha
Underground because of all the talent they gave an opportunity. Lucha Underground really revolutionized this
business into a more cinematic approach which at first I did not think I would
like but I have grown to appreciate it because I consider myself to be a traditional
wrestling fan but I enjoy some of the theatrical approach. I do not have a problem with the emphasis on
how good the matches are but I do not like judging a match by how many high spots that take place
during a match I believe the more dangerous risks that take place in the match
the more they will not mean anything. I
support high spots but I think the more they take place the more they mean
less. There are few matches that I can
think of that are my favorites for me it always has been moments that is why I enjoyed the
program between Steve Austin and The Rock at Wrestlemina 17 it was all about
the emotions that I felt I wish fans would go back to more of that. I was not a fan of Van Halen when they used
the keyboards in Jump and the album 1984. I was more of a fan of Sammy Hagar then
David Lee Roth in Van Halen. I also did
not think Gary Cherone was as bad as many Van Halen fans claimed him to
be. One of my favorite bands is Def Leppord
I really love more of Def Leppord’s ballads such as: Hysteria which is an excellent
album. Def Leppord is also a very loyal
band which I truly admire loyalty. Two
more songs that I think are worth of note: two steps behind from my favorite
movie Last Action Hero. Also have you
ever needed someone so bad? When I look
at great rock drummers I am always shocked that Rick Allen is not on the list!
I think he is an underrated drummer to say the very least. If you have not seen the original drummer for
Guns’N Roes Steven Adler drum to Rocket Queen he still has it. I love the way Cindy Margolis ends all of
her introductions: “love ya baby”.
