I was thinking about the best way to present this project there are benefits to blogging and there are downsides as well. But I am always thinking about better ways to be present this. The negatives of blogging are if you make a mistake it can not be undone. That is why anytime I make a mistake I write it in my notes: It is similar to what Howard Stern’s radio show was counter colture or what Rush Limbaugh would be on the cutting edge of societally evaluation. Now because of the poltical climate we are now living anytime anyone makes a statement that goes a little off the rails that is unexpectable. But I can say one thing that I am certain is that what we are living through right now is not progress I think society is going backwards. There are benefits to blogging one is an ownership of content a negative is also owning your own content because that means you have to be more responsible. I think it will be more diffcult to communicate as time goes on because of the new sensitivities that are being created. It is a very sad thing that is happening. There are negatives to doing television as well when I was growing up I would image myself on TV but there are defiantly limits to doing TV because of the lack of time. With radio the host has to illustrate the immination. Since social media is not going away everyone needs to stop caving to what Twitter finds acceptable or unacceptable because that constanly changes remember: the word progress it never changes. The only way anyone can survie is by not giving in to the fake outrage. I have noticed that CNN’s Reliable Sources host will always claim so and so hiding behind the 1st amendment the same 1st amendment that they are using. CNN’s chef media correspondent will say he is for freedom of speech all day long but his track record speaks for itself because he thinks you are to stupid to figure out what is true and what is not. CNN’s chef media correspondent has a God complex to him that he will decide what is acceptable and what is not and unfortunaly he is winning. I am not sure what the future holds when it comes to commination radio or podcasting. I like the intimate relationship that radio provides. A radio can either be on your nightstand or in your car. With podcasting a listener is listing with earbuds and ideas are being projected in their heads. I am not sure podcasting will be available in cars and I do not want the art of radio to competly go away because there is something unique about that relationship it is why the mainstream media constanly criticizes it because they realize it’s power.
