Authenticity

 

 All I wanted to do with this project is have  a “body of work” which is similar to what Conan O’Brien thought when he was asked what he wanted to do he thought about a “body of work” then  when he reflects  on it  what 21-year-old thinks about a “body of “work”?   which can sound pretentious see: Conan needs a friend podcast where he reflects on the end of his late-night show on TBS.   Eddie Trunk reflected on being in radio for 36 years that he has often being called a journalist and he often sort of bristles at that because he has always considered himself to just be a fan.   Here is one of the wonderful things about Eddie that he has survived with all the changes in technologies much the same as: Rush Limbaugh I know that is  a completely different category but they both survived despite the differences in platforms.   To me that shows anyone’s authenticity that despite the change in platforms they are able to adapt without changing their presentations.   That whether we agree or not that is about being a fan that is what being a fan is.   But I am not so much of a fan of social media I think a lot of it has a downside because there are so many people out there who want to take someone down and that to me I am not so sure it is worth it because political correctness constantly changes.   I guess everyone maybe an entertainer has their place in time.   I think I need to clarify something I think by some of the things I have said some may think I do not care what others think nothing can be further from the truth I do care what others think but I am  not going to say I like something because it is the cool hip thing to do when it comes to any form of entertainment when it comes to my opinions on professional wrestling or music for me it is about being authentic.   I have also tried to work out very personal issues observations.   All of these are my personal opinions and observations.   I have tried to go into as much depth and detail to try and paint the best picture I could.   Please note: that I have changed the name of this blog many times and I decided to go with the first title that came to my head.   I never came up with a title that I liked.   My whole goal with this project  came out of my frustrations of not being able to express my opinions in a clear and  an understandable way.   So I needed a platform to work out those ideas opinions and observations.   I may add a couple more side notes at a later date.
